Rotor Wake Lead


Chris leads the Rotor Wake project for experimental testing of the NRT rotor and producing validation data for DOE multi-lab projects. He also leads the development of two new experiments at SWiFT involving active aerodynamics on blades. Chris was issued a patent for a small wake wind turbine blade design and enjoys studying innovative blade concepts like low induction rotors.
