He is a retired Marine who came to Sandia National Laboratories (Sandia) in 2017 with experience in the healthcare sector and oil and gas industry. Johnny previously served at Sandia as a quality partner and as the manager for the Quality Partner Program. He has a master’s of public administration from the University of Kansas, bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of New Mexico, and is Lean Black Belt certified.
