Ulibarri is the lead financial analyst for Sandia National Laboratories’ Renewable Energies Programs and the financial analyst for the Wind and Water Power Technologies Programs. He is responsible for financial stewardship, decision modeling and support, and both tactical and strategic use of financial data. He greatly enjoys working with the best and brightest technical minds in the robust and inspiring field of renewable energy. Prior to his current role at Sandia, Joseph was a program analyst in the Nuclear Weapons Project Management Unit, where he oversaw the modernization portfolio and was mentored by some of the most talented financial analysts in the nuclear weapons complex. A former soldier, Joseph holds a master’s in economics with a concentration in econometrics and an MBA with specializations in finance and strategy. Email: jculib@sandia.gov
