R&D Mechanical Engineer

Evan Sproul is a mechanical engineer in the Wind Energy Computational Sciences Department at Sandia National Laboratories. He performs techno-economic analysis and life cycle assessment to characterize the costs and environmental impacts of renewable energy systems. His current research focuses on improving the efficiency, reliability, and sustainability of wind turbine blades.

Evan received a PhD from Colorado State University and is a licensed professional engineer in Colorado and New Mexico.
