Biography

Atri Bera is a Postdoctoral Appointee in the Energy Storage Technology and Systems Department at Sandia National Laboratories. He received the B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from National Institute of Technology Durgapur, India, in 2015, and a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Michigan State University in 2021. His research interests include optimization of grid-level energy storage systems, grid integration of renewable energy resources, energy storage analytics, power system reliability, power system planning, and machine learning techniques applied to power and energy systems.
