Jeewon received her B.S. in Mechanical and Automotive Engineering from Keimyung University, South Korea, M.S. and Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of New Mexico, NM, USA. Her graduate research focused on the distributed control of the grid forming inverter based microgrid, machine learning based cyber-attack detection of such microgrid, and implementation of a hardware-in-the-loop simulation testbed for validation. Her research interests include smart grid, microgrid, electric vehicles, cyber-physical system modeling, hardware-in-the-loop simulation and field deployment.
