She is a licensed civil engineer with extensive experience in water resource modeling and site planning. She has an advanced business degree in Policy and Planning. Both her BSCE (2001) and her MBA (2007) are from the University of New Mexico. Prior to joining RDSI, she was the equipment lifecycle management lead for multiple nuclear deterrence missions, designing and executing the risk-to-mission infrastructure supporting recapitalization for limited life components. She is currently completing an M.S. in Energy Policy and Planning with Johns Hopkins University. She has been a leader on the microgrid course design team, and a field facilitator for vulnerable communities outreach and support. Her research is focused on helping communities improve resilience through standardized microgrid design processes.
