Sandia Energy > Programs > Renewable Energy > Water Power > Staff > Cesar Murillo Cesar Murillo Business Operations Analyst Biography Cesar Murillo is the business operations analyst for the Water Power Technologies Program at Sandia National Laboratories. Murillo spent three years as a Project Controller supporting Sandia’s Nuclear Deterrence mission. Prior to joining Sandia, he conducted internal audits in the oil and gas industry. Murillo has a bachelor’s degree from California State University, Fresno and a master’s degree from the College of William and Mary. He was also a Peace Corps volunteer in Madagascar where he built water wells, worked with a fruit drying cooperative and collaborated with farmers on improved animal husbandry techniques.
