Then don’t miss Sandia National Laboratories researcher Josh Paquette when he presents, “The DOE Big Adaptive Rotor Project,” during The Future with Larger Blades and Turbines, Tuesday, May 21, 2019, at the Tech Innovation Station from 2:30 PM – 3:45 PM. Josh will share how four national laboratories are collectively exploring the need for new technologies to enable the next generation of wind turbines. The presentation will feature an examination of many innovative concepts for wind turbine rotors, including the possibilities and challenges associated with each.
