I work with: Water Power Technologies
Ann Dallman is a senior member of the technical staff in Sandia’s Water Power Technologies Department. Her recent work focuses on characterizing the wave environment at selected U.S. Wave Energy Conversion (WEC) test sites, numerical simulation of the nearshore effects of WEC arrays, as well as numerical simulation of offshore wind energy farms. Ann has a B.S. and M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University and Arizona State University, respectively. She received her Ph.D. from the University of Notre Dame in Environmental Fluid Dynamics, focusing on multi-layered flow and turbulence in urban areas, which included experimental and numerical fluids studies.
