Sharon Gomez

Sharon Salazar-Gomez is the Project Controller Financial Lead of the Business Team working with the Photovoltaics (PV) and Materials Technology Department at Sandia National Laboratories. In this key role she provides policy guidance, detailed financial information, and project management support to the Principle Investigators and Manager. The Business Team’s goal is to support the Principle Investigators from start-to-finish for a successful completion of projects. Ms. Salazar-Gomez received a BS in Business Administration and a Master’s Degree in Education from the University of New Mexico. She has been a member of the Sandia Workforce since 2014. She began her career in Procurement as a Subcontract Manager, supporting large dollar procurements.
