The Third Party Financed Solar Pools approach delivers solar pool heating systems to municipal/ commercial pool owners at a cost less than current heating expenses, and without the owner incurring up-front capital.

Venture Catalyst Inc., with over 25 years of experience in technology development and diffusion as well as project creation and management, worked under contract to Sandia to lead the development of the project in Tucson. The company is largely responsible for assembling the material that is contained in the site, which is designed to help other municipalities to emulate these activities.
