The Sandia-led Hydrogen Materials Advanced Research Consortium (HyMARC) has been designated an approved program at the Advanced Light Source (ALS), a DOE user facility at Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory (LBNL) that makes a third-generation synchrotron light source available to researchers in numerous areas. As an approved ALS program, researchers are allocated time with the ALS to focus on HyMARC’s mission of advancing solid-state materials for onboard hydrogen storage.  The core HyMARC team includes LBNL and Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory (LLNL).
