Sandia National Laboratories, in partnership with the George Mason University Center for Infrastructure Protection and Homeland Security, is seeking abstracts for 2017 Frontiers in Resilience Symposium: Developing Innovative Resilience Solutions at the Interface of Science, Economics, and Policy on May 10 – 11, 2017. The two-day event will be hosted at George Mason University’s Arlington Campus, located at 3351 North Fairfax Drive, Arlington, VA 22201, in Founders’ Hall. Frontiers in Resilience will feature subject matter expert panels and multidisciplinary, cross-cutting discussions based on paper and panel submissions. Areas of focus will include grid resilience; resilience as it relates to science, economics, and policy; resilience case studies that include aspects of science, economics, and policy; urban resilience; incentivizing resilience; human behavior and how it contributes/constrains resilience; and cybersecurity.
