Facility Use Fee $750/hour (typical 4 hour test day charges are $9K – includes labor below) $500 per test day up to a maximum of 8 hours $1000 per 12 hour test day or $2500 per 24 hour test day $500 per test day up to a maximum of 8 hours $200 per test day up to a maximum of 8 hours $200 per test day up to a maximum of 24 hours

A site O&M fee is charged for all projects.  The fee includes such things as office space, phone, internet access, use of forklifts, manlifts, machine shops, welding equipment (note that Sandia training will be required), secretarial support, lab space, conference rooms,and  use of the Beam Characterization System, etc.  

  • $1200/month ($300/week) for 1-4 people on site
  • $1750/month ($437.50/week) for 5-8 people on site
  • $2225/month ($556.25/week) for 9-12 people on site
